With so many cell phone APPS emerging at an incredible rate, it is unfortunate there are very few existing applications to assist Special Needs citizens and their families find appropriate community services that improve their quality of life. 

Yes, there are a handful of APPS that help student's increase learning ability (IQ), achievement and/or adapt to life! Nevertheless, how do Special Needs and their families locate community resources “independently” that they need to live a “productive life" similar to citizens within U.S. and Global Communities?

More importantly, how do Special Needs Students and their families find Community Ambassador’s, Consultants and/or organizations to assist aspiring disabled & non-disabled scholars matriculate through post-secondary education? 

Even though the Special Needs community (ecosystem) exist since the beginning of time, there are very few Advocates/Community Ambassador's/Consultants to assist disabled citizens locate resources independently. However, there are various Center's for Autism and research throughout the world that identify different types of disabilities by early screening, for better intervention strategies and treatment outcome(s). 

For example, in Los Angeles, California Community Ambassador's will have access to various State-of-the-Art Community Resource Center's to refer Families With Special Needs for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment Interventions. 

Certainly, there is a system "disconnect" and the NCC-UPN Fund seeks to answer some of these questions by developing an APPLICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to assist the Special Needs community gain instant access to resources that meet their needs. Special Needs citizens require assistance and this help should not only be a necessity but a privilege!

I know the Mobile/Platform will work and I am confident the application will deliver, impact the existing ecosystem and fully engage subscriber prospects about the industry to take action by purchasing the APP/Product to become Community Ambassador Consultants.

I assure you that we will have client "buy-in." I can also promise that I will make it happen with your help. I have given this project a great deal of thought and I will make the correct future "data-driven" decisions for acquisitions/partners to develop additional products and ideas that bring value to a $Two (2) Trillion industry.

Each community within U.S. and global communities need (require) and should have their own "eyes and ears" (Advocates/Community Ambassador's/Consultants) on ground & online to manage a "Personalized Health-Care System" for Special Needs citizens: educational, financial, physical, mental and emotional well-being (See Health-Care Fund Pie Chart Below).

Community Ambassador Consultants accomplish various task's for Special Needs and their families and with the APP from their I-Phone/Desktop Platform by locating various community resources such as (e.g. GOOGLE Euphonia: voice interactive devices , Microsoft & Amazon AI Platforms, etc.) ​and much more within U.S. and Global Communities. It's what we call "BOOTS ON THE GROUND."

I envision a strong subscriber trajectory (scaling) within a few months after the APP is launched because of the Fund’s global marketing platforms, Cloud Blue expansion services, and advertising the product among various professional groups (short list): Student’s, Doctors,

Community College and University Professor's, Volunteer’s and the general population within U.S. and Global Communities.
